Microsoft Foods released a proprietary version of this cereal called "Wingdings" that ran on most bowls, but the packaging was susceptible to viruses and the cereal itself was full of bugs. Also, instead of a cute purple bat, their mascot was a talking spoon that noted what you were eating, and asked if it could help.

Still, they sold millions of boxes of it.
